Question Anyone know of Mary Shomon's "THYROID DIET SUCCESS GUIDE"?

I've been receiving an e-newsletter by Mary Shomon called "Weight Off My Mind". I found it at http://www.thyroid-info.com

I was wondering if anyone here has tried her "Thyroid Diet Success Guide"? What's it like? ...I get the impression that it might be a low-carb, low-fat program. Am I right / wrong?

I'd like to know more about this diet before I try it. For those who have tried it, are there any notes you could pass on to me? Do you feel positive / negative about it? Why?

I saw the book at Books a Million and took a quick look at it. It's pretty much low carb. You might be able to find it at a bookstore near you to look at first. If you do decide to get it, it's only $9 at Amazon.com.
