Unhappy Holiday

With the Holiday coming up does anyone have some great
recipes to share. I am going to make a cheese cake, seems to
be the only desert I can eat. I am going to cook chicken and sausage on the grill. Love to have some corn on the cob, think it will hurt me to bad

Iam trying to get my doctor to give me a referral to an endocro.
But he seems to be a little reluctant. I need to keep on this thyroid problem. Although it was the first time I have ever been call normal

I wish I had started this diet earlier, I wish I was out buying new bathing suits and shorts. Congrats to everyone who is.

Everyone have a great weekend.

Pam

Has your Dr. given you a reason why he won't refer you to an Endo??? Is he afraid he isn't doing his job??

I would love a recipe for cheesecake that we are allowed, who has one??

I am giving my neice a bridal shower and would like to have a "sweet" I can eat!!

Or would it be nothing more than substituting the sugar??

Hang in there!
