Hey guys, I'm back again. 13 days in and doing good. Doing something crazy this time.... only weighing once a month, and so far it is really helping my mindset.
So I'm looking for a buddy or "accountability partner" I've obviously got a long way to go, so would like someone in the same boat. Just someone to chat with and have us keep each other on track.
Hope all is going well for those long time TDC members.
The "mindset" I have found to me much more important that the actually goes in the mouth or the beads of sweat on a treadmill display. I simply surrendered or accepted a new way to eat for today and see how things went. I'm pretty new here too so I don't have many answers other than a few that have worked for me.
If you have questions or want accountability start a thread or somehting. We have a 90 day practice thread going that a few people are using to be accountable, to themselves and I guess others.
I'd be happy to be a "buddy" Ive done this a few times, lost weight, then regained, sometimes with extras. This time I managed to keep it off of over a year and now I'm back here, back on track really ready to lose more forever.
Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. You have a lot of strength to start this journey and have already accomplished a lot. Look at all the positives and learn from everything else. Onward!
