Talking Corned Beef Sandwich of sorts

Hi just wondering if anyone tried my Corned Beef sandwich - the bread of course.
I think it's a really fast tasty treat when you can't get your head round eggs any more for brekkie.
I actually tried it with some Mayo and it was even better than my 1st one.

Get 3 slices of corned beef and layer one with a slice of Gouda cheese tomato and squeeze some hellmans on it then repeat again so thats 2 slices corned beef 2 slices Gouda with a little squeeze of hellmans on it then top it off with the last slice of corned beef.
A quick alternative to a fried breakfast and a very filling breakfast at that
one of the advantages for me is as i only get a 10 min break in the morning it only takes seconds to prepare.
Also thats my induction period finished and i dunno if i'm gonna stay on the induction foods

Default stovies

I live in the north of scotland and we have Stovies (well I don't any more Bummer) We make it with beef and onions and tatties. We also have cornbeef hash.Anyway what ever they are called I could die for a plate. But holiday in 6 weeks so must keep focused!!!!
I have been telling all my friends about this site and forwarding the link to them.
I am getting pretty fed up with people frowning on aktins. Whet to the chemist yesterday for something for consipation and had to have a talking to by the woman behind the counter( who by the way goes to weight watchers) on how it was so dangerous

Here's something I don't understand though...

I've had a wheat allergy for years. Ergo, I buy substitute flour...

I've had to resort to senekot before too...

I've loved cream and butter all my life (and once, believe it or not, also at an awful lot of meat! )

Never once had any comment or funny look before, nor have I since going on the diet (well, okay, the fat girl buying huge pots of cream probably warrants a double look!) so why do so many folk find they're getting hassle when they buy these things?
