Hi ! again. First I spread a little margarine on it and then I measured out the allowable amount of cheezwhiz (2 tblsp=2.3 g of carb) and spread it on thin. I have to make it sometime for my reward meal so I can use my real maple syrup on it (my daughter buys it from a little farm just outside Quebec City). By the way I lost another four pounds while I was away visiting my sister. While there I had a big shock. She gave me a blouse to try on (20 W) to see how much too small it was on me. The darn thing fit with room to spare. I even tried on an 18 and I could button it up fine, it gapes in front when I pull my arms back. The last time I bought any clothes I was size 26. The weight hasn't been coming off the way I would like but the inches sure are. Can someone explain that ?
