HELP!!!

It was 37 degrees celius today in Brisbane, Australia and I nearly melted !!!
I would love some ideas for cool and refreshing and yummy low carb things to eat and drink. I'm sure all of us Southern Hemisphere low carbies would be interested in any suggestions.
