Default Marinara Sauce

Really want to try a stuffed chicken parmesan recipe I found. Everything seems good;

4 chicken breast
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup pasta sauce
garlic
basil
salt

Any ideas on low/no sugar pasta sauces? I'm looking for a quick dinner, so it'll have to be store bought for now. Anybody got a brand?

Hi. Hunt's tomato sauce has no added sugar, but it's rather bland. You could jazz it up with more herbs, garlic, etc. There's a Ragu Light with no added sugar, as well.

Rao's- the basil is the lowest in carbs- 4 per half cup, one of which is fiber

it's a little pricey, but so delicious and has clean ingredient list, so i think it is worth it.

What Kristine said. I use hunts garlic and oregano tomato chunks then immersion blend it with more seasoning, olive oil parmesan and a little splenda.

edit: I also usually halve the serving size. I find that 2 tbsp is plenty if I just mix it in. Saves carbs that way.
