Default Buffaloaf

Karen, my daughter Katy had the pleasure of working for you last summer. One day you gave her a taste of a "buffaloaf" you'd made and and she hasn't stopped raving about it since. Have you ever published the recipe anywhere? I'd love to try it myself! Thanks

Hmm, I think it was a wild boar pate for a special dinner?

It was a "one off" and there's no recipe, but it was ground boar, ground salt pork, pepper, coriander seeds and sea salt.

thak-you, Karen. It sounds like it actually was a meatloaf with squash as a topping. Your mention of pork helps, though. Mixing the two probably makes all the difference.

Oh, I remember what she is talking about. It was for the spaghetti squash article in the Vancouver Sun.

email me at the Fish House, and I'll send you the recipe.
