Thanks Lori for sharing. It's funny but five days ago I looked down and saw the fat on my knees and couldn't believe it. I had always had the best looking legs but at 265 you just can't keep kidding yourself that you are just a little heavy. I've been on LC for four days and feel good and feel hopeful. You look amazing.

awesome story,i wanted to share my dad passed away 2 years ago and one of the last things he said to me is do something about my weight so i can enjoy life,reading your story brought me to tears and i decided low carb lifestyle is what i need

Yes, thank you for sharing..I kind of had the same scare..My mom, was over weight and diabetic. She was not as lucky as your father, she passed away at 63.

Congrats to you!! I hope one day i also can write my success story... I think people who lose on lc diets look soo much healthier and fit than those who lose it on low fat.. just my opinion... you look great!!!
