6 Weeks Down - Roughly 30lbs!

So, I've been on a LC diet now about 6 weeks - I don't know what I weighed when I started (long story) - I know what I weighed last time I actually weighed somewhere. Well, I was in my church fellowship hall, saw these scales, thought I'd hope on them, and up popped a figure - I am down at least 25 pounds from my last known weight! I'm so pumped!

I had to share! Hope all of you are doing well on your journeys!
