Default Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Delight

WOW! All I have to say is, this is probaby the best low-carb dessert I have made yet!!! Made it last night for the first time. It called for SF raspberry jello but I used strawberry and boy, this is tasty!!

SF raspberry jello (I used strawberry)
1 cup boiling water
4 oz cream cheese cut in pieces
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cream cheese. Add melted chocolate. Pour into blender and blend well. Add cold water and cream. Mix in blender for at least 2 minutes. Pour into dishes and refrigerate until firm. Serves 4.

I poured the mix into 4 margarita-type glasses. Put a little whipped cream on top and our low-carb heaven! Dan loved this as much as I did!!

Linda,
If you wanted to make 8 servings would you just double everything? Also any ideas on the carbs in this dessert?

Chewie-
If I wanted to make 8 servings, yes I would just double everything. As far as carbs go, I think the recipe said like 4 per serving but I didn't figure it out myself so I do not know how accurate that is.

Hope you enjoy it if you decide to make it!!

It turned out great. I found it very yummy. I ate some this morning to taste it and had it without the heavy cream. Then this afternoon I had it with the heavy cream and it was much better with.

Chewie-
Glad you liked it!! I may experiment with it and use different flavors of SF Jello to see which I like the best.
