Default just to say hi

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum and feel a little umm..... well, like I dont know what I am doing? I am also starting the SP today. I have tried the Atkins a few times, but was never successful with it although I stuck to it. The Sp seems more balanced and that is what I am looking for. You know, something I can live with for life and stop this cycle of yo-yo dieting. Would love to hear of any suggewstions, your successes, what you've learned, etc.

Default Hi Ruby!

Welcome to the forum...I really can't believe how much our little area has grown in the last few weeks! Its just fantastic!

Most people here on SP are very happy with it! It can be hard to watch the Atkins-ites lose weight so quickly at the beginning sometimes though...

Please feel free to ask any questions here. I'd love to make suggestions but then this post would be about 6 miles long...LOL

Lisa
