I finally made it below the 200 Lb. mark.
I know it is not my goal, but it is still a cool milestone for me.

Any vivid changes with your physical, emotional, mental state at that?

Cheats have not really been an issue for me with this WOE, so that shouldn't change now.

There has been lots of physical changes.
Starting to fit into old cloths that I have not fit into for years.
Had to buy a new belt because I ran out of holes in my last one.
In general it feels just plain easier to move around as well.

On the emotional level nothing has changed. Always had pretty good self image so has not changed. Plus, was not really an emotional eater, more of an addicted eater, I would crave something and the craving would get me to eat.

Mental state has not changed either, but nothing needed to change so thats still good.

I still have a ways to go, but I am still on target, I just need to be patient and work on getting there one day at a time.

Woot! Good for you! Those numbers are psychologically so important to us, aren't they?

Nice one! Once I fed myself with promise ‘I rather eat this chocolate bar now, and will start dieting tomorrow”, now I feed my addictive voice with “Il rather stick to diet today and will eat this chocolate bar tomorrow”. If craving hasn’t faded the following day, I keep fooling my mind with postponing till tomorrow.
For me, one-day-at-a-time approach has been the only option to get rid of terrible chocolate addiction.
