oh yes! This is the original recipe I found long ago and just tweaked'er up a lil bit.
I use the stick of unsalted butter, 1 square of unsweetened Baker's choc, 3-4 tablespoons of natural peanut butter, and I skipped the cream and also subbed 4-5 drops of Sweetzfree for the grandular Splenda. I like mine more choclatey/peanut buttery than sweet.
I totted up all the ingredients and divided by 6 (cuz I divide mine into 6 cupcake papers in my 6 muffin tin), and plugged it into FitDay and got the following for stats per 1 PB Cup:
Cal.....173.3
Fat.......32.8grams
Carb-Fibre..2.0-0.8=1.2 grams (some fibre in the chocolate and the peanut butter I reckon)
Protein......1.3 grams
heh, it's just about all fat
Mine turn out a pretty good size too; a good 1 1/2" diameter and bout 3/8" thick I'd estimate so 1 PB Cup reaallly hits the spot and I've never felt I needed another hahaha..erm, until next time I want to beat back the choccy/peanut butter craving
