hi there i'm new to this and i need some help with ways to keep it from getting boring is there a was to make bread?

welcome. I haven't had bread in 3 weeks. and have not really missed it. Now I have wanted a tortillia, but have even resisted that.

Check the recipe sections - there are some or do a search and you will find it that way.

Yes, there's a lot of good recipes in the recipe section for things like that.

Personally, I find it easier for me to not substitute high-carb food with low-carb versions. It's easier for me to resist bread altogether if I don't have anything close to it. However, there are others that can eat the low-carb version with no problem at all. Everyone is different.

Welcome to the forum. If you'd like some good recipes for bread, try the recipe forum ... you can also do a search (the little icon of the globe at the top right of the page) for "bread".
