Karen, Sharon, & Tamarian, thanks for the warm welcome. BillT, The Burn Rate Diet by Dr. Van Schoyck, is not your typical LC diet book, but he is beginning to get the idea, and I found it interesting. I think he is a little more "Zone-ish" but mentions ketones . . . . keep in mind, anything I read now, be it diet books or recipes . . . are read with LC eyes now!
