We are allowed nuts and raisins. That is a good snack. One that is not really allowed, but if you are desperate...Fudgicles. I think they are under 50 calories and take care of the chocolate cravings. I had tuna and apple mixed together with mayo for lunch today. Not bad. Do not forget peanut butter, a couple of tablespoons full. These are all just for the cravings. Any help you can give me for real fast on the go food would help me too. thanks goleta
