I've had a cyst/growth about the size of a pea in one earlobe for about 10 years due to a bad reaction to metal in an ear piercing. It wasn't terribly ugly or uncomfortable for me so I left it without having it surgically removed.

I've been back on low-carb for about a month now, and I noticed that the cyst got sore for a day or two then last night drained and is now tender but clearly healing.

Anyone else have long term skin issues that have spontaneously healed after starting low-carb?

Life- long eczema resolved for me. I think it was eliminating wheat, but taking sugar out of the diet has positive effects on skin too.
