Default Can someone help me with carb count?

This is probably a no-brainer for you veterans but when it comes to converting recipes, I'm not that great. I made a delectable pudding of sorts but have no idea of the actual carb count for the batch.

I made it with;

1/2 cup cream cheese (1 carb per tbsp)
1 cup heavy cream (35%) - (.5 carb per tbsp)
2 packets of sugar twin

** Beat the cream until whipped, add twin and cream cheese and whip again until thick.

It is absolutely decadent and made six servings. I just don't know how to convert from the tbsps in cups. Can anyone help?

TIA!
