Question Getting ENOUGH fat

How do you know you are getting enough fat?
Several sources say to increase fat as you decrease carbs, but with no numbers to reference...how do I know I am getting enough fat?

When you use the MYPLAN feature here to list all food that you eat each day, it'll tell you what your % of macros actually are.
