Hey, another newbie here. (Well, 2nd time newbie, I had a failed attempt a few months ago!) I'm from Kent and I've got a fair bit of weight to lose so I hope I can make it work out this time!

Hi everyone. I'm up in the north yorkshire dales, a little place called Bedale. I'm new to this forum and atkins. Lost 7ibs in first week of induction. Very pleased with that. Don't have too much to lose but would like to do it before summer gets here.

Angel

Hiya!

I'm from Scotland and started low carb eating at the end of january.

I want to try the meat and eggs thing but not sure if its any good. I've been retaining water whenever I eat salt and wondered if this would help.

Has anyone else tried it?

Angie

hi gman,
lol the only reason i asked about the fish is because there
is someone online with that name, who keeps tropical fish.
been really good today, and had nothing that was off limits.
not drank as much water as i should have, but i'm trying.
