Cool Health Shop in Sydney

I found this shop today, they have low carb products. There is a website but I wasn't able to get into it today so it may not be valid. http:www.centurylife.com.au I bought some Soya Flour, the first time I had seen it.

Default Low carb foods

Hi guys,

Just wanted to let you know that you should be able to buy Soy Flour in the supermarket. I live in Baulkham Hills and bought it months ago at Coles. I have since abandoned any soy products as I just can't stand the taste. I started low carbing in Aprill 2001 and have lost 15 kgs and am now maintaing at my goal weight. ( I have been maintaining for a couple of months now)

If you do want to pursue soy- the soy protein can also be purchased in coles- the brand is NAtures Way (it's all in the health food section) its a green tin and is about $15 if I remember correctly. I prefer the whey protein myself but you can only buy it in the health food stores as a muscle drink- Aussie bodies. Tastes great to cook with but too expensive for me at about $30 per tin. You will probably find that you will stop craving a lot of the "old foods" eventually. I have and am now happy with my 3 low carb meals a day of meat, salads & veges. I occasionally eat something naughty now, but have found that the odd indiscretion isn't affecting me.

Merry Xmas!

Jo

Liz,
sorry I haven't called yet. Have had so much on my plate lately, something always pops up. Today has been a doozy, I found out that my brother decided to end 2001 on the wrong foot, he broke his leg. Today has seen everyone worrying about whether he'll have to have surgery, everyone but him, he sees himself being out of hospital in the next day or so.
Anyway don't want to burden you with my problems, will call and arrange that meeting in the next day or so, if nothing else goes wrong that is.
