Well done you ... 185 is great....

I've been doing induction for a week now and haven't lost a single pound. Maybe it'll catch up next week and I'll drop 5lbs or something...would I be pleased !!!

Anyway...good luck everyone.

Hi Guys
Hope you are all doing well. I'm nearly at the end of induction but I did screw it up a bit today. I was taken out to dinner for Mothers day and to be honest I really didn't want to eat another chicken salad. ahhh well...if you can't have a treat on mothers day, when can you.
Anyway I still feel slimmer and will be carrying on with lcing tomorrow.
Hope everyone is well
Ali

Thumbs up

Hello everyone

how r u all doing? I am doing ok. Hey Ali, I totally understand. I find it very difficult to stick to lcing when i go out for dinner too. Unfortunately for my case dining out happens quite often as I meet up with my friends in the weekends...

Had a bit of a craving today, but my will turned out to be quite strong I wanted something sweet (chinese/japanese mochi to be specific), inxtead I made myself a nice cuppa and had 1 tsp of peanut butter :yummy:. And luckily that did the trick.

Weights coming down very slow but its coming down. It was 175lbs this morning. Oh well, cant complain. Atleast I am almost where my signature shows me to be.

Name ------------ Goal --- Start weight --- Date ------ Current weight
alibubble --------- 145 ------- 175 ------ 01/01/05 -------
CeliaUK ---------- 132 ------- 177 ------ 01/01/05 ------- 175
MsTwacky ------- 150 ------- 227 ------ 01/01/05 -------
lBurnikell --------- 182 ------- 220 ------ 29/12/05 -------
sadia ------------ 125 ------- 170 ------ 01/01/05 -------

hi everyone
i hope you all r sticking to your plans.
i am not i started induction on 1st march and did it for three days when i got real bad flu and i was sneezing coughing and was not able to do anything so i broke my diet plan.my hubby asked me to rest and he took controll of the kitchen and i ate the carbs
so my plan was a failure
i am starting again to day hoping to get back and hoping to lose.
my mini goal now is to be below 160lbs
wish me luck

Hi guys,
Well end of induction and guess what...I didn't lose a single pound..is this disheartening or what !!!! Still weighed in at 169.5lbs this morning.
The first time I did induction I started 14lbs lighter than I am now and still lost 6lbs...what am I doing wrong !! Thought I was an old pro at this.
Still, just got back from my daughters ragweek concert (she did a sketch in it) and laughed my head off at some of the kids routines...very noisy heavy metal bands...bless them...I loved it but most of the parents had the hands over there ears !!
