Yes, I was singing "who let the dogs out" all weekend...not the best song to have stuck in your head, but oh well!

Have you guys heard "1985" by a group called "Bowling for Soup"?? My fave recent song!

Anywho...day 1 at the gym this week. warm up & cardio...the usual

Gotta run to work now....fun fun fun!

Thanks for encouraging me in my gym log Kath! Now that dang dog song is in my mind! No, I never heard of that song either. Will it get stuck in my mind??? Fall is almost here, let's do a real muskateer thing and kick ass before Christmas! We will look better in elf suits if we do!

Just haven't had time to post lately, but I've still been faithful to the gym & you guys!!

I'm actually in Rochester now with my family, but figured I'd better post something before you guys sent out the feds or something!!

Oh, and I have to post in the 3x3 too before JK makes me pose!

you guys! And thanks for checking on me....elf outfits? Sounds cute! We could be the 3 Elf-kateers!! (I'm lame; I'll admit it!!)

wow...it's been a year!

well, i let my gym membership lapse...but i did take a walk tonight with dh, diana and my niece ....it's a start!
