THIS GROUP follows ULTRA LOW CARB PLANS...of different types that stem from the teachings of DR ATKINS and John Kiefer. Although there are differences, this TEAM has already learned control and the importance of planning and tracking and weighing daily. We cannot live with our heads buried in the sand and with monitoring what we eat we can learn what works for us and when we need changes. WE WEIGH AND POST EVERY DAY COME JOIN US!

We began these games over 2 years ago.We remain together because the team CARES!
Anyone is welcome to join.We do keep it to the same type of plan since it is just much easier not to mix apples and donuts

CRICKET....you could look at it like this "you know the nearer your destination (your goal weight) the more you slip-sliding away (the thinner you are getting)

THIS GROUP follows ULTRA LOW CARB PLANS...of different types that stem from the teachings of DR ATKINS and John Kiefer. Although there are differences, this TEAM has already learned control and the importance of planning and tracking and weighing daily. We cannot live with our heads buried in the sand and with monitoring what we eat we can learn what works for us and when we need changes. WE WEIGH AND POST EVERY DAY COME JOIN US!
