I haven't had the courage to go to a restaurant yet since I've been doing CAD. I have to be careful that I don't get any gluten as I suffer from Celiac Disease.I sure like this better then Atkins. I wonder if my tummy will get used to eating a regular meal. So far I've had an upset tummy for a few days I think I'm having a time processing starches on my RM. Hopefully it won't take long. I'm still in the process of reading the book. We've all taken the test my daughters and I are all level 2 carb addicts, and my son is a level 3 addict, and my hubby isn't an addict,Interesting. He does better on Atkins then I ever did. I guess as far as dessert is concerned if they didn't bring it in time unfortunately you couldn't eat it, that would be a real bummer. Judy
