Cool adjusting

I'm new to Protein power and after following other "healthy" diets, it is amazing that I can eat the things I like (meat, eggs, fat and salt). My friend has adopted this as her lifestyle and been on track for 10-15 years. She says she feels great and has limitless energy. I have been wondering how much food is too much. So far I've added fat when ketoadaptation set in and have eaten extra protein when i feel a desire to eat even though I'm not really hungry. Any tips helpful
