Default Joan's Cauliflower-Green Bean Casserole

CAULIFLOWER-GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE from Joan

2 bags (1pound each) frozen cauliflower

1 cup cut green beans (next time I am going
to use more green beans) and I used the frozen
green beans as well.

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 cup butter

1/4 small yellow or white onion, finely sliced

1 cup freshly cooked, crumbled bacon

1 cup shredded mixture Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese.

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2. Follow the package directions to cook teh cauliflower, add the
beans to cook with califlower. Drain after cooking.

3. Place the cooked veggies in a large casserole, and stir in the
mayonnaise, butter, onion, and bacon; mix thoroughly.

4. Top the casserole with the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until
the cheese has melted, and serve immediately.

Makes 8 servings, each with 10 grams of carbs, and 4 grams of fiber
for a total of 6 grams of usable carbs and 11 grams of protein.

**Today when I made this I went ahead and melted the butter before
putting it into the veggies**

Congrats on your weight loss. I am just starting so hope I can do as well.
