Default ACV In a caplet?

I can't drink ACV and I would like to get some into me. I've tried ways of changing the taste but its still nasty. I am looking for a gel capuse to fill with ACV but all I can find are the caps that are apart and you put powder into them.

Anyone know where I can find the gel caps that I can fill with liquid?

I think you'd need your own factory to do that! But don't vitamin stores sell ACV in tablet or capsule form?

I saw those gel caplets at Whole Foods the last time I was there, so they are definitely out there. Maybe try a google search? I think Bonnie's solution sounds like the easier one, though.

I'm feeling like a blond. They say to take 1 tbsp before meals and 2 tbsp before bed. I don't know how those amounts equal out to whats in the dried capsule form to know if I'm getting the right amounts.

Thats why I wanted the caplets to fill myself. A little needle and you can fill anything

A lot of that is water. I'm guessing that once the water is evaporated out, they can put it in capsules or compress it into pills.

But I know what you mean - I just can't see how they get coconut oil into pills!

I'm weird I know but I love the taste of ACV in water. I drink it all the time during summer; it's very refreshing to me.

I don't know what the equivilency is in the capsules. I figured it out one time but concluded that I'd have to take at least 5 capsules at a time per dose. Given the tens of pills I regularly take that wasn't feasible to me.

I was looking for capsules for travel. Now I just pack a small cosmetic bottle filled with ACV when I travel.

You are putting the ACV in water before you drink it, aren't you? It's too strong to drink straight.

To me, it's especially good in warm water. In the old days, a small amount of vinegar was often added to the water taken to workers in the field on hot days. It was considered more thirst quenching.

I'm wondering if the baking solda neutralizes some of the ACV bite?

What are the benefits you all have experienced while using the ACV?

There have been studies showing a benefit to glucose control, lower bloods sugars, helps digestion if you have reflux, and may aid the beneficial gut microbiome. Liz pointed me to this good summary article with a few more.
The Internet makes dozens of claims about ACV, including weight loss aid, but I am using for above two reasons.

Jacki, I put mine in Sparkling spring water yesterday, and maybe the bubbles just distracted me, but it seemed somewhat better.
will definitely try it with baking soda too, thanks!

on the taste! At first when it bubbled up I envisioned the 'kitchen science experiment gone bad". But now I wonder if the soda is canceling out the good things the ACV is supposed to be doing for BG, supposedly that all depends on the amounts of acid and base used. But I had been taking only 1T in 1 cup and this magic elixir is 2T, so maybe it balances out thanks for the recipe!

This has me curious, too. If you're doing the science fair volcano by mixing your vinegar with baking soda, aren't you just drinking water with sodium and acetate ions? Any chemistry teachers in the house? I wonder if the ACV/blood sugar improvement mechanism is even understood.
