Question Protein Power Query

Hi All

As there is quite a lot of you following PP, I have a question. I am trying to buy the book, as it sounds really interesting and something which seems to go well with Atkins ( Hey, I may even swap over to PP).

The only problem I have, is, that the bookshop I pass on the way to work, does not sell any PP books (Carb Addict and Neanderthin only) and on Amazon, there is loads of PP books.

No I am confused . Which one is the right one to buy ??

And how does one get those cute dancing pictures in their posts ???

Greetings
Sabine

Sabine, there are currently 2 books out by the Eades. The first was "Protein Power" from 1995 and the second, released last year, "Protein Power Lifeplan" If you're interested in this WOE I would suggest starting off with the first book, PP. PPL makes a great companion.
