Talking Luv Chicken Wings/Drummettes & Old Bay?!

This recipe is so easy and so delicious! I prepare my IQF (individually quick frozen) wings/drummettes in the oven. If you do too, try them this way:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees*.
Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Place desired number of IQF chicken pieces on cookie sheet.
Put chicken in oven, bake for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken, spray with PAM or other, then sprinkle liberally or to desired taste wth Old Bay seasoning.
Reduce heat to 400 degrees.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
*Baking temperature may vary based on your oven.

I like my wings/drummettes on the "crunchy" side. These wings/drummettes, IMO, do not need any type of sauce and they are finger licking good! This might be better for some to prepare in the winter because of the oven cooking, but well worth it if you choose to try them now.

These sound great...I've tried a similar technique using freshly grated parmesean cheese (I guess the kind in the can would work too) instead of Old Bay....delish!
