ok y'all.. i haven't posted in over a week..
so i still am doing my low carb. which im doing really good on.. my daughter got food poisioning.. so i was not able to do my work out for about a week.. just b/c shes been sick.. and i had also strained myself the other day.. so i was giving my back time to heal before working out again.. which i am feeling better today.. but i need to go to the store.. we are supposta get snow tonight.. and around here.. if it snows 1 inch people freak out.. so i need to go get a few things.. i might get my work out in today.. maybe if i can get back in time.. meanwhile.. i lost like 12 lbs in a week and a half.. since i started low carbs Jan. 30th.. i actually have 12 lbs left to reach my goal.. my target weight I had set for myself.. which i am very surprised i am getting so close to it already.. but just cutting the carbs has givin me a big jump start for my "home strech" i now need to start working on toning everything now.. so all this lose skin (mostly from my belly that got streched out a lot when i was pregnant with my daughter) and my arms.. etc.. my size 12 jeans.. my aka.. skinny jeans.. are begining to fit looser now which is a great feeling.. my waist line went from 31.5 inches.. to 31.. so i know i must be doing something right.. i just wanted to send an update.. i dont sign on everyday.. but i like to send an update to let y'all know whats goin on..
