F.Y.I. - Nitrite free meats

I have found a source for nitrite free meats. It is called applegate farms. Their product is out of Canada. The meats have no nitrites preservatives and there are no anti-biotics used either. They carry bacon, sausage, ham, hotdogs etc... Check their website: www.applegatefarms.com
