I don't know if it was such a good idea, my right hip hurts again. On the other hand, it usually helps my knees. We will see tomorrow if it was a good trade off.

Today I went to swann. I didn't do the abs before the circuit and didn't do much cardio. I felt not so good because I went out last night. I basically stick to the machines.
