Default List daily carbs

Is there anyway to just put in the number of carbs you have had that day without have to list the foods? I have quit listing the foods b/c sometime what I eat is not there and I don't know all the fat, calories, etc and don't want to have to enter that everytime I eat something new. So is there a spot (like the daily entry for weight) that I can just put how many carbs I have eaten for B, L and Dinner?

My P.L.A.N. has a Daily Notes section you could use. I use it for a number of purposes. I also keep records in my journal. Maybe there's another way, though, and I just don't know about it yet.
