5 boneless/skinless chicken breast
2/3 cup hot sauce
1/2 cube of butter
2 tablespoons of chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
combine hotsauce and butter in a bowl cook on high for a min in microwave. then add peanut butter, stir until evenly distributed then stir in eggs. cut chicken into 2 inch wide strips. dip chicken into sauce and place on cookie sheet.Salt and pepper to taste, bake at 375 for 35-40 min. it make the best coating I like to dip them in ranch. I think what makes it really good is the PB and the eggs.
I use louisiana hotsauce actually. I should of specified that. I'm glad you liked it.
I would recomend the eggs though just because it make it into more of coating which is really good.

Thanks, Jon! I made these last night and they were awesome! I added some "taco cheese" and also a dollop of sour cream, my husband added some tomato, it was REALLY tasty. We were saying how it was almost unbelieveable that we could lose weight eating something so good. Thanks for the recipe!
