I am going to try this over the weekend. I have a bottle BW3's Blazin' and Wild sauce that I will use in place of Frank's

I LOVE THIS TYPE OF STUFF.....!!!!

I have GOT to give this one a try.. I will use the LC peanut butter.. but I haven't found any in the chunky style yet!..

These are FABULOUS!!! The peanut butter cuts the heat, and adds such a nice flavor!! I pounded out the chicken (makes me think I'm eating more, LOL), and they cooked pretty quick. Some of the topping didn't stay on, so I just tossed them all once done cooking, in the leftover sauce. They are divine!! Thanks for the recipe!

Instead of buying peanut butter labled low carb, buy "natural" peanut butter, which comes in both smooth and chunky. Its sugar free, and is much better for you because it doesn't contain trans fats.

I'm in love with this recipe! Just tried it tonight and it's amazing. Buffalo fingers are my most missed non-LC food so this is a great substitute!
