Leg Press Sled....135 pounds......30 reps....up 5lb
Seated Row.........70 pounds.......30 reps....up 5 lb.
Leg Curls............70 pounds.......30 reps.....up 5 lb.
Shoulder Press...30 pounds........30 reps....same weight
Ball Squats holding 12 pounds weights did 30 reps, then did 10 more reps holding 15 pounds weights. Punishment for talking to Brian's Girlfriend
now with this being said, I have to say I felt I had the best form and breathing since I've been doing these, and you all know just how much I hate the Ball squats.
Leg Extension........45 pounds.......30 reps....same lbs.
Ab Crunches.........40 pounds.......30 reps....up 5 lb.
Hyper Extension....165 pounds......30 reps....same weight
Arm Curls.............15 pounds......30 reps...same weight
Tricep extension.....20 pounds.....30 reps....same weight
Okay the only other thing that Brian did today, and he was mad at himself that he didn't do this before, but was taking my measurements. Which the measurements today, were exactly the same as the ones I took on Saturday.
