Default Wobenzym/Avosoy?

I've been researching a couple of new supplements in the never ending quest to stave off my arthritis. Anyone out there used Wobenzym or Avosoy?

amandawald has posted about it extensively; if you use the search function here you'll see several dozen of her posts about it. I used a copycat version (less expensive but the same ingredients) and didn't notice anything, perhaps because I went cheap.

(Be sure to use the google search feature under "advanced search".)

Have you tried gelatin? That (and going gluten free) has done wonders for me. Other supplements did not.

I just discovered proteolytic enzymes ~4-5 months ago and can't say enough good things about them... and I've tried everything!! both rx and supplements... very discouraged... I tried Wobenzym on a whim and it's been miraculous for arthritis pain and stiffness... I am currently using a formula called Vascuzyme, which I like because it's odorless.. Either brand does the job, though... Highly recommend, and let us know how it works for you... Also, I take high doses.. 6 - 8 pills, 2x per day... Read the reviews on amazon, there are others who do this, but try the recommended doses and go slow at first
