Hi Everybody. I have noticed that there are no posts or recipes mentioning soy milk, so I have assumed it is high-carb. But wait. I have found some very tasty lowcarb soymilk at fred meyer's. (i think there's only fred meyers in PNW?) It's called SoySlender, it's in the lowcarb section. It has 5g. carbs, but 4 are from fiber so it's only got 1 g. effective carb per 8oz. It comes in Chocolate and Vanilla and is sweetened with Splenda. I drink it when I'm craving sweets and sometimes mix it with a coupla TBS half&half in pop it in the freezer for a "milkshake".

Does anyone else know of any lowcarb soymilk? This is the only brand I have seen.

Westsoy unsweetened is only one carb a cup too.

For those without Fred Meyers...........Fred Meyers is owned by Krogers, so you might check there. I assume they carry similar product lines
