Question Fitday.com question

Hi Folks,

For those of you using Fitday.com, would you please explain the steps you do in order to transfer the information into your journal? Any tricks would be appreciated, so other members may follow your example.

Use your mouse to select the values in the "Calories Eaten Today" chart (I've attached a sample here). Then copy (Ctrl+C). You can then paste the chart into your journal.

The numbers will look like this, unedited:

Calories Eaten Today
source grams cals %total
Total: 463
Fat: 6 52 10%
Sat: 2 21 4%
Poly: 1 5 1%
Mono: 2 15 3%
Carbs: 106 424 81%
Fiber: 0 0 0%
Protein: 12 49 9%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

I choose to edit the charts in my journal so that the numbers are meaningful for ME, for example I am not particularly concerned with the different TYPES of fats, so I just use my mouse to delete.

hope this helps,

Doreen

Talking not at all ..

That is the sample picture they use on the Help page at the fitday.com site. Unfortunately, the actual Calories Eaten Today graph is a file type that cannot be copied or uploaded into our database here. So, I was stuck with using their .gif image.

So no, it is not a copy of my own food chart, it's a sample only

I can't remember the last time I ate over 100g carbs in one go ... maybe Christmas 1999.

Doreen
