Low Carbing Costing Me $$$$$
I just handed my wife a wad of cash! I'm so proud of her for sticking the Atkins for 4 weeks and losing major inches. I was still chasing her all over the house, and that's after 21 years of marriage, but now she's lookin' lijke she did 10 years ago! The cost....New clothes of course! I'm doing it too for support and I've dropped 7 lbs. doing Atkins about 75%. That's without cardio. When my arm heals, broke it in March, I'm getting back to the weights and running and I'll post a pic. Stay tuned.......
