Default question

Okay, simple question but I have been fiddling for a little while and haven't figured it out. How do I add 'lunch'. The screen is still on 'breakfast.'

When you add a new item to the daily food entry, click on the drop-down list at the bottom, it starts with breakfast, but the other meals are blow it on the meal list. Select the meal you'd like to add the food item too, and it will be added as lunch, or any other meal you specify.

Click on the "Progress & Charts", and the first page is for weight entry, select the date, and enter the weight, and it will be added to your chart.

You mean the one that shows in your posts? You can change those from the "User CP" menu above, and then "Edit Profile".
