Can't be true. Sugar is carb. Unfortunately, nutritional labeling is too relaxed. If one of these teeny pieces had 0.49g carb, they can claim zero-carb. One would assume the whole thing would be zero carb (since 0 by 100 is still zero). If they said for each 10 pieces, there's 4.9g carbs, that would be more honest.

Trust me, tic tac's have carbs. The container I had actually told 0.9 carbs per tac. I threw them away because they can add up.

I use a couple of brands of breath mint: "Frisk" and "Entice" (I know, stupid names!). They're exactly the same except for the name. They're sweetened with sorbitol, xylitol, and aspartame. Carbs are .13 each from the sorbitol and xylitol. They are tiny, but powerful! A few of these a day won't hurt. They are pricey (50 for $175), so that helps keep consumption down!

I carry a pocket-size toothbrush and toothpaste when I'm working and brush in the bathroom once or twice a day. Carb-free and good for the teeth, too!
