Default Heart Pounding?

This is my second time around low carbing and I'm on day 8. The past 3 days I have noticed that when I go up or down the stairs, walk around for a bit or stand for a while, my heart speeds up and starts to pound. I wonder if any of you remember experiencing this in your first couple of weeks of low carbing? I don't remember this happening to me my first go 'round.

Happened to me during induction in the mornings and after meals, extra potassium (1000mg/day) cleared it up.

I had that a bit today during exercise, I have lowered my cabs, increased fat this week and am fasting as well. Its like a 2nd induction to start the new year. Muscle Cramps are another sign of the diuretic effect of faster weight loss-- magnesium can help. Spinach, avocado and cucumbers salted with "Lite Salt" may clear it up. I ate some liver tonight for good measure. I also try to avoid dehydration during workouts. Coffee can make it worse. The effects shouldn't last more than a few days.
