Smoked ham with gorgeous creamy leeks. (Steam the sliced leek, then add a teaspoonful of cream cheese, a dessertspoonful of heavy cream and a pinch of salt and stir well till mixed. Delish!

It's a recipe from the SB book... 4 large red leaf lettuce leaves each topped with a slice of turkey, a slice of ham, a slice of tomato, a slice of avocado, some watercress, a tsp of lime juice and usually ranch dressing. I don't use the ranch as I don't care for the taste so I dip them in the mustard/mayo mixture They're quite tasty and very filling! I usually just eat 2 and I am full.

Chocolate French toast with raspberry syrup.

Well; I guess I should explain that.. it's pork rind French toast, with cocoa in it, and the syrup is a bit of real maple & some Splenda maple syrup (trying to get away from artificial sweetener) and raspberries in their juice.

Oh! I had thought you meant California Roll Sushi! I couldn't quite wrap my head around how you made sushi without rice

actually it was linner (between lunch and dinner). had a great new york strip steak and a dinner salad. a few strawberries and whole creme for desert.
