No Weight Gain With TOM??? Well, now I am just out right jealous, Anita!
My body holds onto water like a greedy child with a piece of fudge during TOM. I'm usually good for 3-5 pounds.
Enjoy Curves. I've heard of it but don't really know what it is. Wanna explain? Is it strictly exercise or is there a program that goes with it?
