Default Fiber questions

As per what I've read so far in the Sugar Busters book...I have formed a theory that I wanted to toss around.

Fiber helps keep things moving in the intestines, so if you eat more fiber it could actually expel low-glycemic carbs waiting to be processed/absorbed into the bloodstream?

Is this correct?

If so -- I'm going to find a fiber supplement TODAY.

Sounds like a good theory to me... If I were you I would just add some sort of whole grain at least once a day and that will do it...make sure it is high in fiber... Like All Bran cereal...think it has 10 grams of fiber... They recommend at least 25 grams a day...which I don't get but I try to eat at least 3 servings of vegetables a day and 2 fruits....

Although I might be allergic to wheats so I am experimenting, but when I added the cereal to breakfast my regularity went back to normal after Atkins...
