Default Dr. Dean Ornish

This man gets my goat! If you've seen any pictures of him, he definiately isn't a good commercial for his almost no-fat diet. His face looks puffy and jowly and he doesn't look physically fit.

I tried his high carb diet 20 years ago and the cravings I experienced were horrific!

Dr. McDougal is another advocate of the high carb low-fat diet. They both still write very popular books.

He's not exactly a poster-child for his diet.

He is such a jerk, too; his vaunted Low Fat Miracle had about six interventions, making it impossible to tease out what did what. And on a very low sample size, too.

At least Jennifer Hudson makes Weight Watchers look good.

I don't like the man but I certainly don't hold his looks against him. There are plenty of LC gurus who are *also* not good commercials for the low carb diet, at least as far as their looks go. But it hasn't made me run to the Ornish camp yet.

I have facial sag and have done LC for a very long time.

He does not look in good shape, though.
