Default Mexicalli Chicken Breasts EASY!

I made this tonight and it was GREAT!
I used the boneless skinless chicken tenders, hot chunky salsa and put sour cream on the top of mine when it was done!
I don't know the exact carb count. But its low and if you don't eat a ton of salsa I am sure its probably only 5 to 6 carbs a serving.
Its easy, its good! Try it!

Mexicalli Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts are covered with salsa, baked, and sprinkled with cheddar cheese for this super-easy recipe.
Ingredients:
Boneless/skinless chicken breasts (1 for each person)
Jar of salsa
Bag of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken breasts in baking pan and spoon some salsa on top. Place in oven for 30-45 minutes (according to whether frozen or not). Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is nice and bubbly.

Here is the link to where I found it.

it sounds so good! I wouldn't think that it would be that high in carb count if you adapt it to what you can and cant eat.

You are right. I am just guessing at the carb count. I know it is very low. My 11 year old granddaughter loved it too!
